This
means better service for you! We are extremely proud to announce that our installation and service technicians are ProTecs® certified. To pass this examination, ProTecs® certified technicians must score a minimum of 70% which is higher than the national average on certification exams. ProTecs® uses nationally recognized heating, ventilation and air conditioning agencies to test technicians for efficiency and competency.
ProTecs® is a certification program sponsored by the Carrier dealers of North East Ohio and Refrigeration Sales Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio to provide customers with highly skilled heating and air conditioning service technicians. ProTecs® certified technicians are required to continue their training on all the latest heating and cooling technology. Certification begins with ProTecs® Level I and continues through ProTecs® Level V.
