We are a family owned and operated company specializing in the
installation and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation,
plumbing and refrigeration systems. Our modern and well-equipped
shop provides custom sheet metal and light structural fabrication.
Our experienced sales and engineering staff design and update complete
environmental systems for commercial, industrial buildings as well as
residential projects and single family homes. From residential
add-ons to large computer-controlled commercial systems, we focus on
solutions to conform to your budget. Our service technicians are
trained to provide service beyond what you expect. They not only fix
the problem at hand, but also take ownership of the entire project,
suggesting ways to increase efficiency and comfort and to reduce future
repairs. Our in-house "Team Gundlach" is totally committed to
making sure your service needs are carried out to your highest
expectations.

What kind of capacity do you have?
Our staff is composed
of a full-time state licensed mechanical engineer, commercial estimators, service technicians, installation technicians,
maintenance
technicians, sales/service representatives, dispatcher, and customer
service associates. We can competently handle everything from the largest
industrial equipment to the smallest residential unit.

What makes you different from other companies doing the same thing?
EXPERIENCE. We've been doing business in Erie County since 1889. Over
one hundred years with our name up front means that our family reputation
is at stake. This means you can rely on us to fix your equipment right the
first time every time you need us!

A lot of people claim to provide top quality. How do I know you will?
We maintain the highest level of technician competence in the area. Each
of our service technicians receive numerous hours of advanced technical
and communication training each year.
We also guarantee satisfaction. If we don't fix it right the first time,
we'll come back at no cost to you and complete the project to your
satisfaction. We also have a full time Customer Service Representative who
will contact you after service has been completed to ensure your
satisfaction.

I'm tired of seeing different people each time I need something done to my
equipment. I want a technician I know and can depend on.
As a Gundlach Sheet
Metal customer, every effort will be made to send the same technician to
you home each time you request service. Many of our technicians have been
taking care of the same customers for 20 years or more!

I live out of town, but maintain a summer home. Can you still service my
equipment?
Certainly! We have
many customers with seasonal homes that we perform regularly scheduled
preventive maintenance for as well as repair and replacement service. Tell
us how you wish for us to handle your call and we will be glad to oblige.

What about manufacturer's covered warranty work for new equipment?
We are an authorized Carrier, Manitowoc, and Liebert service dealer and we
also perform warranty work for most other heating and cooling
manufacturers.
Q.
What if I have a breakdown in the middle of the night or on weekends?
No problem. We always have a technician on call 24-hours a day who can be
contacted through our telephone answering company.
Q.
Is there any way I can help reduce the chance of breakdown?
Yes, in order to fully serve our customers we offer three residential maintenance plans. These plans offer preventive maintenance
inspections and repair parts and labor for an annual fee. Automatic
scheduling and renewal invoicing are an added feature to take the worry of maintenance from you and place the responsibility on us. We can
keep your equipment performing up to specifications, reducing your energy
consumption and helping to prevent breakdowns
