What Will Planned Maintenance do for Me?

Planned maintenance programs range from simple and quick filter changes to complex full coverage agreements. At Gundlach Sheet Metal Works Inc., we work with building owners and managers to balance the right coverage to the amount of prevention desired. 

We understand the delicate balance between
breakdowns, operational costs and money spent to keep your clients, customers, and associates comfortable. 

Our maintenance programs and services are designed to provide the best total value. The value becomes clear when measured against the costs of increasing energy consumption, operational problems, unexpected repairs, lower employee productivity and ultimately, the potential loss of revenue due to a complete shutdown.

Financing Options Available

Preventative Maintenance Plans to Fit Your Need & Budget

HVAC/R Basic Plan

Our simplest program is the Basic Maintenance Plan. We will visit your facility on a pre-arranged schedule anywhere from two to twelve times a year to replace your filters and perform equipment inspections.

The number of times we visit depends on how often and under what conditions you run your heating and air conditioning equipment. Our service technician coordinator will contact you prior to each visit to make sure that the inspection meets your time frame. All inspections and required repairs are billed on a time-and material basis.

HVAC/R STANDARD & HVAC/R FULL SERVICE PLANS

Both our Standard and Full Service Plans include the same scheduling parameters as our Basic Plan but are quoted on an individual basis, customized to your equipment needs and invoiced monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually in accordance with your budget needs.

Standard Plans include a 7.5% discount on required repairs. Full Service Plans include the cost of repairs to the equipment included in the plan. Both plans incorporate service checklists tailored specifically to equipment. Both plans include telephone consultation and priority service 24/7/365. 

To keep you certified, we can also provide mandatory backflow prevention inspections performed by our state licensed master plumber.
